The UK labour market is large but highly inefficient. The Office for National Statistics reported around 916,000 job vacancies in early [2024 ons.gov.uk] , a high level even after recent declines  yet employers often struggle to fill them. How It Started

Our story began in the UK. A few of us noticed that employers were struggling to post jobs easily and connect with candidates without getting lost in layers of red tape and agency fees. So, we created a platform that lets people post a job and find talent directly, fast and without all the noise.

That was the plan. But soon, things changed. Businesses started asking, “Can we build teams abroad? Can we have a marketing or tech team somewhere else but still manage them like our own?” It made sense; hiring locally was getting expensive, and skilled people were everywhere. That’s when we took the next step.

What We Do Now

Now, we’re not just about the UK anymore. We still help companies post jobs and find UK talent, but we also make it possible to build global teams that work full-time for your company from our workspaces overseas, starting with India.

You get the people; we provide the place, handle HR, follow data protection laws, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You don’t have to worry about setting up offices or understanding local rules. We already did that part.
